The room was very clean and welcoming and staff was very friendly and helpful

The person of the hotel responded politely. There was no complaint about the location of the hotel and it was very nice. I was very relaxed.

The hotel is not far from the airport, located near the industrial area, the surrounding facilities are complete, very convenient, there is a very authentic American breakfast, the service staff is very thoughtful, very recommended hotel

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing I can say is that the room that we stayed in had a refrigerator in it that did not work, and since the hotel was full I could not be put in a different room so the front desk offered to bring me a bucket with some ice to cool down my drinks. Also there was no extra fee for my dog being with me so that was a bonus. Lots of choices for food around this location. Breakfast options were good. Disappointed there was no scrambled eggs though.

I was playing in a weekend tournament in Prattville at the RTJ across the street. Perfect location for that. Standards are exactly as you’d expect from this type of hotel.
