"I booked a room for My Best Friend's wedding. Unfortunately my brother passed away in the hotel refused to cancel or refund any part of the reservation. I even ask them if they needed proof of my brother's passing and they still refused to refund any parts of the 3-day reservation. Even the third party I booked the reservation through would have refunded the reservation. They just needed the approval from the hotel. After working in a hospitality for several years. It's up to the hotel whether or not they refund a guest in circumstances like mine. When traveling out of the country I would recommend paying when you arrive."

"A centrally located hotel. The family room was large and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom with natural light. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The rolls from the bakery next door were delicious. Staff very friendly. Lots of things within walking distance (including air conditioning and the emigration center)."
