"Old and stylish building which should be a museum, not a hotel! Not a pleasant experience. Old and rusty building and noisy windows and doors which make loud noise from other rooms after midnight. Couldn't sleep well. No standard EU socket plug. Nothing in the room, not even a bottle of water. I would never recommend."

"We booked at the hotel using the Wonderbox "One Thousand and One Nights" package. Upon booking, we were confirmed to have the following included services: a night in a superior room, breakfast, an in-room hot tub, dinner, and a welcome cocktail exclusively for Wonderbox guests. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the maintenance man who informed us that there were no reception staff due to illness. We were invited to stay at the other hotel under the same management (Hotel Fiera), which had no rooms available for the night. To make up for this inconvenience, we were offered coffee on site and an upgrade to a suite at the Primotel. Upon arriving at the Primotel in the afternoon, we asked the reception staff who checked us in about dinner times, but were told that the chef is not present on weekends and that the hotel does not serve dinner on weekends. We therefore dined at a local restaurant and, due to this further mix-up, were offered two bottles of wine, which we requested on the morning of check-out. The room is in the attic and was heated by fan coils that ran at full blast despite the high outside temperature. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, but in our opinion, not up to the standard of a suite. Breakfast was very meager, with no plates and we had to eat our food on napkins. The restaurant was dirty. The staff were not very professional; avoid this stay if possible."

"The hotel is very close to the Brescia train station, very easy to reach even on foot. The staff is very friendly, and the room is fairly clean and tidy. For breakfast, I would only recommend having a hotel staff member make your own waffles instead of the waffle maker, because that's where the long line formed, especially among young people and other tourists, because you had to wait for it to cook. My kids, for example, eventually gave up because time was running out and we had to leave. Otherwise, everything was fine, we had a great time."
