"Do not Stay Here. We arrived and our lock code did not work. They were very uncaring and took forever to get us to another room which was inferior. They are not on sight. When we went to check out and retreive our belongings the code on the door did not work again. It was Christmas Eve. They were going to leave us stranded with our belongings locked way and unable to leave the area and having to find another hotel (which in the area were all booked). I was lucky the window was unlocked and popped a screen to get my belongings. They still have never responded to this issue. It is not surprising every hotel in area was completeley booked but there were only two families staying at this place. They don't care and they are very rude when you interact with them."
