"The check in was friendly and speedy. Our en suite hotel room Speyside was compact but very comfy. We found the bathroom clean and bright, however it could do with a few shelves for toiletries rather everything having to go on the cistern. Our room was above the busy bar we’d previously visited, which we enjoyed, being a lively friendly place full of young folk enjoying their evening. What we didn’t enjoy so much was the music and noise coming from downstairs which went on well past 11:00. As we couldn’t get to sleep I went down to the bar to ask the bar staff politely to turn the sound down. However we were still aware of the music for some time after. The BnB is a great place to stay in Buckie but do be aware that its bar is generally pretty busy until the early hours, even on a Monday. Perhaps book a room further away from the bar if you can. In summary the hotel is a friendly place to stay with a great restaurant providing excellent food both in the evening and at breakfast time. Be aware though the pub on the ground floor is a lively place until late."
