The front desk could not locate two hotel managers and I refused to check in! The hotel fronted a four lane busy street with graffiti. Both managers could not be located."

"Disgusting experience — this property should NOT be listed as a hotel This was an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience. This place should not be listed as a hotel at all. At best, it should only be categorized as a floating sanctuary or resort, because it does not meet even the most basic standards of a hotel. Honestly, even a 1-star hotel would offer better service and cleaner accommodation than this. Trip.com should seriously remove this property from its hotel listings. From the very beginning, the service was terrible. We had a confirmed booking,yet upon arrival, the staff forced us to cancel our reserved room and rebook locally on-site. This is completely unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. We arrived at around 8:00 PM and were only able to check in at around 9:10 PM.Imagine arriving exhausted with your family, including two children and an infant only to be treated with such poor service and no sense of urgency or hospitality. When we finally entered the room, it was filthy.The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and extremely disappointing.The bed linens were very thin, worn out, and torn, which was honestly shocking. The entire room felt cheap, neglected, and more like a prison cell than a hotel room. What made it even worse was that they still had the nerve to charge a 2,000 incidental deposit for such a terrible room and terrible service. For a property in this condition, asking for that amount is simply outrageous. For the 5,200 we paid, this place did not even provide the most basic necessities expected from any proper hotel stay: No hot water No soap No toothbrush No hand soap No proper hospitality at all Breakfast was anotherdisaster. We placed our order at 7:45 AM, and the food only arrived at around 9:22 AM an unacceptable and ridiculous delay. While guests were waiting, the staff appeared to be busy talking and enjoying themselves, instead of properly attending to customers. To make things worse, no one even came to offer coffee, tea, or even water while we were waiting. That level of service is simply embarrassing for any place claiming to host paying guests. The restaurant and dining area were also dirty and full of flies,which was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic.It completely ruined whatever little expectation we had left for the stay. Overall, this place was not worth the money at all, The room was dirty, the service was terrible, the facilities were unacceptable, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I do not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children. Trip.com should seriously review and remove this listing from its hotel category because this was far below acceptable standards.
