"If you want to be treated like a queen/king, you definitely have to come to Thalassa. It starts from the moment that you arrive. Just ask and things will be done immediately. Diving is great, but there are also a lot of things to see and do in the surroundings. This year we went rafting and it was absolutely fantastic. But also a walk around mount Tumba gives you a nice impression of all the islands around the northern part of Sulawesi. Thank you, dear Thalassa-team, for your hospitality and much more than that!"

"First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad."

"We have been for almost 3 weeks at Thalassa dive resort. That holiday was for us priceless. The crew and manager did literal everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. The slogan of Thalassa “come as guests and leave as friends” completely applied to us. We did several trips like a trip to the jungle (monkeys) and a city tour to Manado. We went to the dependency Lembeh at the East coast of Sulawesi and we experienced the same dedication of the crew over there. In our experience this was for diving as comfortable as a boat safari. Our equipment was brought to the boat and confirmed to the dive tanks before we arrived, brought by car a few minutes from the resort. We only had to check if everything was complete and well connected. After the dives the equipment was disassembled by the crew, brought back to the resort and rinsed (every day!) We experienced Thalassa as an “el dorado” and we intend to come back next year. Arjen, Simone and the rest of the crew “thank you very much for the wonderful holidays”."
