"The rooms are fine, but in two days they only made our beds once, didn't provide clean towels, and didn't clean the bathroom. One of the elevators has been without power for a week, so at night you have to take the other one. The buffet is best left unmentioned; the quality is very poor, very basic, and today it ran out at 8:00 AM! They had a certain type of baguette and told us they were out of it… The dinners are terrible when you're in a tourist group. This hotel is far from the city center; you have to take a bus or taxi. I wouldn't book it again."
