I had just finished showering and used the towel to dry my face without noticing, and I accidentally touched it hard. We had booked the wrong hotel for that day. We didn't realize it until we checked in. The staff told us, "You're staying for two nights, but you didn't stay the previous night. You only have one night left." We were shocked, but the hotel offered no assistance whatsoever. We asked if we could change the dates, and they said no. We received no help, no notification, and they didn't even ask what time or day we would arrive to confirm our arrival. 😢"

"Clean, excellent pool and very kind helpful staff BUT, online description for their Suite is wrong. Said it had a separate bedroom with a King-sized bed and 3 sleeper sofas in the living room. It does not. There was 1 very large room with a very comfortable king size bed. But there was no sleeper sofa. Just one small sofa that did not expand to a bed, far too small for an adult to sleep on, though I tried. Breakfast was simple, but freshly cooked."
