"We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from. It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable. The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast."

Just a little bit disappointtment about the not every day cleared dust bin plus there is no grab bath for the bath tub ( for guest that need that for safety). "In the center of Burnaby, opposite the hotel is the purely Chinese Regent Plaza, but this plaza is nothing special except for Heytea. Walking to the subway station is a big shopping mall, and there is also a big Chinese Super League and Walmart. The room we stayed in also had a sofa bed, but the best thing was the balcony, the view was very good."
