"Lovely clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were pleasant. Driver was the friendliest. Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc. also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked."

"Location is in the heart of the town centre, everything is easily accessible, lots to do in the local area. Not too far of a walk from train station. Beautiful room. Great customer service and staff at reception desk. Stunning bed, best sleep ever, comfiest and most relaxing. People and locals are amazing. Breakfast has a good variety and staff there are lovely also. All in all it’s a positive all rounder. I would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be back to stay again fairly soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay x"

"Stayed on a Saturday night with friends for the deluxe all inclusive deal….no issues with the quality of drinks…just the availability. Not enough staff on the bar, abundance of glasses on the bar unwashed. Bar staff were lovely and doing their best but there just wasn’t enough of them. Special mention to Grace who was fantastic and went out of her way to ensure we always had drinks. The food was great and the rooms were ok. We were in the annex building and the rooms were quite spacious. Breakfast was ok but again, due to not enough staff there were no cups, no bread…all sorted when we asked but it shouldn’t be like that. All in all we had a great time as the weather was lovely so we could sit outside. However I feel if it’d been rain and a bit dull, we’d of had a different experience"
