"The poor service was not interested in the customer... and the lady at the reception greeted me as if it were her hotel... and I couldn't ask for a towel all my stay. When I found someone on the service it turned out that he was very busy cleaning the bathroom and he had no towels at the moment. There was a pump all night. I do not recommend spa, showers do not work, the only one working only with very hot water. In the pool and sauna, the doors in the saunas do not close practically. You can't change the towel to dry and the hair dryer does not work. The hotel is probably a base for colonists. I don't recommend, you won't rest. I promised in the reception when I checked out that I'd spend my time and describe the whole situation, maybe some conclusions. "

"One of the best Medical SPA hotels in Busko. Small, good organized, with various rooms / some of the in controversial style / and very helpful and attentive staff. They offer both accommodation only option and medical packeges with several treatments. Very tasty food, with many vege positions, served by friendly waitresses. The ony drowback is the location at the busy road, so in some rooms could be noisy. The price is very reasonable, especially accepting the medical packeges."

"It’s a nice hotel. But definitely not a 4 star hotel. What’s missing: - no separate shampoo / conditioner - just one unidentified liquid under shower - no body lotion. - only 1 large towel per person - loud AC - general can’t do attitude of staff - rooms not as booked - beds are very uncomfortable The hotel is still in a good shape, food served is very good, The pool complex is rather small and crowded, but quite nice. I would not have any complaints if this was advertised as a 3* hotel. But 4* - definitely not."
