"We’ve only spent a night there for 2 rooms, Customer service is awesome, everyone greets and smile at you. Rooms are average for a “deluxe room” and clean but nothing wow about it. NO MATS PROVIDED FOR FEET. It wasn’t peak busy and place has Valentines decorations all over the place so its lovely and we loved the serenity of the place. Foods are okay. One time dinner for 4aduts 2 kids reached P5,500 seems a bit too much for me. Mt Pinacolada drink was just all bubbles and the liquid of it is just quarter part. We loved everything else until we needed to check out, they charged us 2 dirty towels for P1,300 just because we used them to clean our feet before we enter the room. It was a bit rainy and muddy then and it’s strange that they didn’t provided any mats to wipe our feet before you enter the room of course to clean your feet before you climbed up to the beds specially a family with kids. It felt a bit off and scam-my strategy to charge people and leave them with no other choice but to pay for it. Overall as an Australian family with kids that’s been holidaying for a decade mostly in Australia, spending almost P20,000 for an average 2 rooms for a night is a bit too much for me. Also will not come back only because of the unacceptable charging of dirty towels! I washed it when we got home to family and it went okay it got cleaned and back to white!"

"While the bathrooms could use a little updating, the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent — perfect for a relaxing family escape. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating, with a special shoutout to Victor from the front desk who truly went above and beyond to make my son's birthday extra special. Already looking forward to our next mini getaway!"
