"In principle, you do not dispute with the host – so sadly that we had to make this experience. We were assured of a heated pool at 27 °C in the forefront. In fact, the water was only about 22 °C. While we were in the pool with our three-year-old daughter, we were unfriendly told by the owner that “there are other guests” – The sound was inappropriate, and the situation was very unpleasant for us. Later we sat quietly with a glass of wine on the grass, which belongs to the accommodation, and again felt observed and unwelcome by the host's critical views. We were also parking on the day of departure. When we wanted to leave, we were asked if we had a "problem" with him – a completely unnecessary and unpleasant situation to complete our stay. In general, we see it clearly lacked customer orientation and respectful treatment with guests, especially with families with children. For us, this was the worst experience in Italy. We will not come back and can not recommend this accommodation families unfortunately. The host has responded very arrogantly to my Google review, so I write my honest review here"
