Dinner in the nearby restaurant Serendipico was good although the chef, Masaki Kuroda was away at his new restaurant in Lucca, but it didn't compare to the meal we had the previous year. It made for an excellent short break."

The location is excellent, not far from the walls of Lucca. There is a large car park, which was very useful for us who arrived by car. The staff was very helpful."

The owners were charming and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible, including providing an early breakfast before our flight home.
