Some staff not very accommodating but two menbers of staff Shernia & Nellon lovely people, very kind & helpful The hotel does NOT like you eating or drinking anything that you have bought yourself into the hotel. You are NOT even allowed to sit in the outside area of the restaurant to admire the views eating your own food even when the restaurant is closed! They expect you to buy everything from them. They don’t want to give you plates, cups, bowls or cutlery so you can eat your own breakfast in your room on the balcony. You almost have to beg for it & when you eventually get it, it’s disguised in a bag to take away. The whole eating & drinking situation was ridiculous. The tour company the hotel use are a waste of time, they do not inform you of all the important facts! They are VERY expensive too & you have to pay in US dollars so they charge you way more!!"

"My entire party was placed in the worst rooms we ever stayed in 5 different couples /individuals. From cracked and shiftyt tiles, broken soap racks, toilets you have to either crank or punch into submission to flush. Showers that's either boiling hot or freezing cold, cockroaches in the room. And all round rude and disgusted higher up employees and seems annoyed that we complained about the issues we encountered. All this after making our bookings a year in advance. And this is only skimming the surface of what actually happened. I will never ever ever recommend this place. It may have good rooms but clearly you never know what your going to get and it's not worth the risk."
