"We were sat in the dark from 4pm until 7:30pm as well as no heating. We were not told this would be happening until we got to the room and had to go back to reception to find out. The receptionist was rude to my boyfriend. Family members had to ring the hotel to fix the problem as they would not listen to us. We left the next morning and were not able to receive any sort of refund. 0/10 we would absolutely NOT recommend"

"My partner, Marc Servais, had booked for three nights. Due to severe fatigue and exhaustion, he had to cancel the first night on the very day of arrival. We stayed at a different hotel but still intended to stay at this one for the remaining two nights. We sent multiple emails and left voicemails to confirm we would still be coming. We received no response, and the next day, they informed us they had canceled our reservation and refunded us for two nights. This was a complete lack of professionalism and made them seem totally unreliable. It's a shame because when we visited the property the next day, we saw that the place looked charming with its tiny pool. After we lodged our complaint on-site, the owner apologized, but offered no goodwill gesture. 😡😡😡😡😡"

"Pros: • Such wonderful hosts!! with dogs!! We were welcomed so warmly. • The view from our hotel is insanely beautiful, so many mountains in view. • Located close to a mini market, a few restaurants, a pharmacy and a tech store. • Room is cozy and clean, with aircon and led lights and a charging port. • Free water is provided to guests. • Close to the bus stop. Cons: • Next to nothing, the villa is a little far from the beach and the train station but if you don’t mind public transport then it’s not so bad."
