"We were sat in the dark from 4pm until 7:30pm as well as no heating. We were not told this would be happening until we got to the room and had to go back to reception to find out. The receptionist was rude to my boyfriend. Family members had to ring the hotel to fix the problem as they would not listen to us. We left the next morning and were not able to receive any sort of refund. 0/10 we would absolutely NOT recommend"

"Amazing! Nestled in a peaceful, elevated village. The rooms are comfortable and inviting (the one with a terrace is absolutely stunning). The pool isn't huge, but it's impeccably clean, and the surrounding area is well-maintained and pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic. The staff are attentive and incredibly helpful. It offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!"
