For breakfast, you could order custom dishes prepared by a chef. Right next to the villa is a community children's park, which is fantastic for families with kids. It's also super close to town, just a 5-minute walk. Nikol at the front desk was very friendly too. Honestly, everything was excellent; I highly recommend it!"

"An appartment with a Castle view is located just at the bottom of Latran street, not far from Parking Pod Postou. We stayed over the weekend, when the place was packed with people. So the mornig was a bit noisier. Very nice veranda for relaxing, really large bath in the bathroom. Breakfast is served in rooms, nice selection (we had sweet with pancakes and English). The house is a historic one, so you may find it difficult to close the door, as we did. On the other hand, there is an aircoditioning, which comes in handy."

"Attractive exterior. Breakfast was decent. The room had very shabby and not much by the way if furniture. There was zero decoration, no curtains or carpeting so that there was an echo. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Dust along baseboards and holes in sheets. The shower/tub combo had no shield or barrier so that water sprays all over. Toilet was child size, very low to the floor. My room 106 was next to restaurant so it was noisy until after midnight and started up again at 4 am. No hair dryer. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"My wife and I stayed two nights in February in apartment #3. It is a great location with a very short walk to the historic areas. The apartment has high-end amenities including a separate bedroom, wood-burning fireplace with kindling, high end bathroom/shower, and an outdoor hot-tub overlooking the river, park, and historic buildings. The room included a complementary bottle of wine and a wonderful breakfast in the Bistro Topinka (a lovely restaurant with wonderful lattes and breakfast menu to order from). This is a five-star accommodation."

"I stayed in a "double" room as part of a G Adventures group in late June 2024. To say the room was tiny is an understatement. My roommate and I couldn't put our suitcases anywhere. I hit my head multiple times because the ceiling of the room was slanted. I am glad we were only here one night. It was the worst lodging of the entire trip. Breakfast was just so-so as well. While the location was very good, I would look elsewhere in Cesky Krumlov."

"We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat - it's around the corner from the main square overlooking the Castle Tower. You can't get any more central. The apartment itself was huge - it could fit the entire family and I think it's designed that way. You get the keys from the Mastral Restaurant (the owner is the same), where you also have the breakfast. A word of caution - carrying the luggage upstairs could be a challenge for some. Overall, it's a great place to stay in lovely Cesky Krumlov."

I especially loved the view of Český Chávez Castle from the balcony, with the sunset and sunrise views. It was a much more relaxing space and place than my Prague accommodations."

However, although I stayed in a room on the third floor, the elevator only went up to the second floor, so it was quite narrow to get to the third floor. "The hotel is located in the heart of Český Krumlov (CK), close to famous hotels and attractions. The triple room is in the attic on the top floor, featuring a unique sloping roof. The room is well-equipped, but the TV only has Czech language channels, and the hot water takes a while to arrive. Breakfast is a standard continental breakfast with eggs and sausages; the selection is limited. On the day of check-in, the receptionist told us the room's air conditioning was broken. It was 30°C in CK that day, but thankfully the room wasn't too hot. It would have been better if this had been mentioned before check-in."
