"The wordt service ever! Reservation responssble was so unkind and unwilling to cooperate! Be cay if you are visitors from.abroad they have bank transfer ecpenses too high, they are not accepting to pay in desk after the prepayment only via bank or credit, soy advice is to pay on advance...in case of cancellation one month before they might say it is free but the rest amount is 1/2 due to bank fees...what is more thay are the most rude people I have ever met"

"When we made the booking in Euros , no one informed us that we had to pay only in local currency and this immediately during check in or we would not get the room. We just arrived from the airport and had not exchanged to the local currency. I would say not the most friendly reception team, we felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. The room smelled bad from mold, the bathroom especially the shower was full of mold. I could not use the bathroom, i went at -1 to use the bathroom there. From the 3rd to the 6th floor there was no elevator, and as a pregnant woman i had the take stairs that it felt like i will fall sooner or later as the building was an old one. The room was not for people over 190cm. My husband is 185cm and it made him feel like in a snowwhite film. I would not book again, very disappointed."

"When you get the hotel's location with a very good balcony, you see the big iskender statue directly. Breakfast is made in your own cafes under the hotel, but the menu is not too rich but ideal. The hotel's general smell is a little wet but I recommend the location is perfect"

"The accommodation is about a 25-minute drive from the airport. The room is large. There is plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi works well. There are power outlets by the bed, but only on one side. The bed is pleasantly soft. There is heating and air conditioning. The room includes a TV, armchairs, tables, stools, luggage rack, refrigerator, and clothes hangers. There is a separate safe. There is a full-length mirror. Soap and shower gel are provided. A hairdryer is available. The curtains do not darken at all in the morning. The staff is very, very friendly. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The driver to the airport was also very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not receive our packed lunches as agreed."

"It's a very small hotel. The room was on the small side, as was the bathroom, but the bathroom fixtures were new. The room was quiet. There was minimal English language TV and no channel list, so it was a search. The breakfast was basic but tasty. It is close to the center, so convenient for walking. There was only a lightweight bedspread, and the AC ran cold, so I had wished for a blanket but, alas, none in the wardrobe. The wifi worked well."

"I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel."

"This hotel gets so many mixed reviews - some excellent and clean, some tiny rooms and dirty. Our experience was a good located hotel in the heart of the city. Do not come here by car and expect to park. Coach arrivals are a short walk from the hotel. Our room was dark but spacious and clean. There was a safe, small stocked refrigerator and facilities to make a drink. The pillows were both rock hard, we both woke with a stiff neck, perhaps the next time the hotel order new pillows a choice of soft or concrete pillows could be offered. The wardrobe design is ridiculously dangerous, with two fixed glass panels behind which are the hangers. You access these through a gap in between the two glass panels. In our view this design is not practical. In fact in the end we managed to remove hangers and used the coat hook in the hallway - whoever designed these should be made to use them daily. The bathroom was a reasonable size but the shower difficult to get the water temperature right as it was tap controlled. We had a buffet dinner and breakfast in the hotel both were of a reasonable quality except the hot food was cold and the toaster impossible to work. Coffee was served slowly at the counter."
