An easy drive not requiring you to go over Donner Pass, allowing you less time in the car and more time enjoying your vacation.Enjoy the view of the Yuba River from your bed, or from the back deck. The cabin is remodeled, yet rustic, primarily heated with a wood stove with the help of a baseboard heater, space heaters, and heated mattress pads. A tankless water heater provides continual hot showers after a fun day out playing in the snow. We have 4 sets of snow shoes and 2 sleds available to use and some board games and cards for some quality time together.
