This level also includes a full bathroom, a serene primary bedroom with a king bed, and a second generously sized bedroom featuring another king bed along with bunk beds, ideal for families traveling with kids.Spend your days lounging at the community pools, relaxing on the beaches, or out exploring beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack. In the evenings, gather around the custom-made firepit to roast s’mores and share stories under the stars. On the Rocks is the perfect escape for a memorable family getaway—combining comfort, fun, and all the charm of lake life.****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Spacious home at Lake Wallenpaupack- 3 bedrooms + loft + walkout basement/ 3 full bathrooms. Large living area for the group to enjoy. Tons of outdoor space and large deck as well as covered under deck . Jen-air grill. Plenty of parking (4 cars). Several marinas nearby for launching and rentals. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 set of bunk bed and a trundle bed(loft). Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with the exception of the bunk room. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.
