"A fantastic stay at Relais Spa. On recent trips we had found housekeeping and maintenance was going downhill and the penny pinching was being felt but this time it was much more positive. We had a great stay, the room was clean and nothing was broken! The salt/pepper and dishwasher tablets were even back (although no hand soap or washing up stuff). We didn’t get our teabags replaced on our whole trip but did get new water each day which was much appreciated. Reception and the old members of concierge were as lovely as always. Hotel looked beautiful for Christmas. I’m sad after 18 months the pool/spa still remains unavailable to disabled guests. They never tell you on the website that this is inaccessible, nor at check in or even when wheeling into the area. You just get the nice surprise that the lift doesn’t work and you have to do stairs if you want to access the area. For the first year they had a sign on saying it has been broken since May 2024 but now there’s not even a sign to let you know! There’s never a mention that you can’t fit a wheelchair into the twin access room. I always book a suite and forgo a shower as I can get my chair into them unlike the access rooms- rather ironic! Over all a fantastic stay and I look forward to returning in 2026"

"Pros: Spacious: Features two beds and one bathroom, a large refrigerator, microwave, round dining table with four chairs, and a separating door between the two areas. The bathroom has a partial wet/dry separation. Convenient location: Close to the train station, River Valley Village (about a 15-minute walk), and Disneyland. Amenities: There are also several good restaurants nearby! Cons: It's a bit of a shame that water isn't provided. Conclusion: Ideal for families of three to four people."

"It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money."
