"Just the most fabulous place to stay. A little off the beaten track . We went just out of season so generally pretty quiet everywhere which we loved, and definitely hire a small car as some of the hill top towns are really narrow to drive into!! The hosts, Davide and Christina are so welcoming. We arrived very late but Davide still provided a mouth watering light meal of cheeses and cold meats. The breakfasts are amazing and as for an evening meal.. well, we only ate out one evening as his meals are worthy of a Michelin star. We are real foodies so this was pure joy and we loved his explanations of the different ingredients. Sadly we never found time to have a cooking lesson, we should have. The rooms are beautiful, as are the views and infinity pool. If you stay here you need to love dogs as they have a few rescues, we loved them all. A truly special romantic and boutique place to stay. Highly recommended."

"The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and professional. The Michelin title is well deserved as the food is immaculate. The breakfast options are not very vast but of very very high quality and delicious. They produce their own wine and olive oil which are also great! The pool and the view is breathtaking. A great stay for a short trip. The only thing i did not enjoy is that the rooms are directly adjacent to the restaurant’s dining area therefore, if you want to step out of your room in the evening for a quick smoke in comfortable clothes, you will need to pass through the dining area of a michelin restaurant, which was a bit uncomfortable. My room’s window also lead to the dining area therefore when there are loud parties in the restaurant, you will hear it all in the room. Other than this, it was great!"

"Lovely near 200 year old building renovated to a really good standard. Literally in the middle of nowhere, the peace, tranquility and slowest pace of life is almost priceless, especially if you live anywhere busy. A QR code in your room will show you renovation photos. Continental breakfast was nice with enough for the 5 us who were there at the time. If you are English (like us) don't expect piles of bacon, sausage or eggs, the healthy options on offer were very nice and adequate. Rooms are airy, very clean and smell only of the waft of lovely garden scents if you leave the bedroom door open. As a tiler i appreciated the good standard of tiling and exceptional use of natural stone throughout the complex. The showers are a good size, large sink, very clean toilet and bidet. The stunning higher ground pool has stunning views for 10's of miles. Natalia and her husband have created a most beautiful place to stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Good VFM. Hire a car and experience this lovely place, we'll definitely go back for longer next time. *they made the own limoncello and olive oil that is distributed throughout the region. My literal only small gripe would be the wifi, it was poor to non existant."

"The baglio and its premises are stunning. Anna has been great with us, she is a caring host and an absolutely amazing cook. For a good price you het a restaurantworthy 4-course meal of local produce and even a freshly cooked multi-course breakfast. We were looking forward to her food every night. Grazie Anna!"
