HOTEL ROUTE-INN COURT CHIKUMA-KOSHOKU ★★★
"Facilities: Good Environment: Very good Cleanliness: Good"
Hotel Platon Annex Green Plaza ★★
"I stayed here for business. There seem to be several other hotels in the same group nearby. They also offer hot spring tours. Both the hotel and the rooms are dark and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."
Club Wyndham Chikumakan Nagano ★★★
"The hot spring water was very good, and the price including meals was very good! Recommended!"
HOTEL ROUTE-INN KAMIYAMADA ONSEN ★★★
"Nice hotel"
Hotel Kameya Honten ★★★
"I stayed here for one night on my way home. The hotel is located in a traditional hot spring town, and has a calming atmosphere that evokes a sense of nostalgia. The hot spring was spacious, and the water was very warming. It felt like my body was completely relaxed, and I was able to completely relieve the fatigue of my travels. There was also a very good liquor store near the hotel, with a wide selection of local sake and rare brands, so I had no trouble choosing souvenirs. The price was also reasonable, and I was very satisfied with my stay in terms of value for money. It's not flashy, but it's the perfect place for those who want to quietly enjoy the hot springs and the local atmosphere. I would definitely stop by again if I'm passing by."
Hotel Lune Claire (Adult Only) ★★
Kamiyamada Hotel ★★★
"I stayed without meals, but the hot springs were good, so next time I will stay in a French course in a room with an open-air bath."
Hotel Platon Annex Green Plaza ★★★
"In addition to the facilities are a bit old, the price is very reasonable"
Hotel Marusansou ★★★
"When I mentioned that the trip was to celebrate my mother's special occasion, they kindly offered us complimentary wine with dinner. My mother was delighted. The food was delicious. I apologize for having to cancel at the last minute, but I am truly grateful."

Ryotei Takano
"This is an adult hot spring inn that only accepts five groups per day, where you can quietly enjoy the hot water and meals. Even though the facilities are old (there are no inconveniences other than finding an outlet), they are kept very clean and tidy, which is wonderful."
Ogiwarakan
"An authentic Japanese-style hotel. The facilities are a bit old but very clean. The hot spring is very natural and has a strong smell of sulfur. The skin is very smooth after washing it. It is available 24 hours a day. The boss, wife and waiters are all very enthusiastic and highly recommended."
Umemura Ryokan Uguisutei
"Cost-cutting measures were noticeable. I went to the hot springs two minutes before 3:30 PM, as I was told it would be open then, but it was pitch black. I returned to my room, contacted the front desk, and they turned on the lights. I was staying in what was advertised as the only suite in the building, so I expected to have breakfast there as well as dinner, but I was with a family with children and it wasn't very relaxing. I wish they had at least provided private dining rooms for meals on the special suite floor. The evacuation route map posted on the room door was also from before the renovation. Dinner was delicious, with local ingredients skillfully prepared."
Hotel Seifuen
"Quiet onsen town. Hotel offers free pick up and drop off service but need to call them in advance to arrange. Hotel room is big and quiet. Room has mountain and river view. Lovely natural spring onsen. One of the best onsens we have had in Japan."
Sasaya Hotel
"It's very good, so I go to stay for 2 nights every autumn. When I stay, I make a reservation for the fall of the next year and go home, or I make the next reservation as soon as I get home. Unfortunately, when I call to make a reservation in November in March, I only accept reservations from 6 months ago from this year. Since we go to Chikuma City from afar, we have stayed at several regular hotels other than Sasaya Hotel and decided that the final one is Sasaya Hotel. In this situation, other hotel reservations cannot be made. In order to plan your travel plan every year, many people should first book a hotel that you really want to go to, and then plan a travel plan for other places you want to go. I think there are many such people. On the phone, when I told him by phone, "I go every year as decided by regulars, I want to make a plan for autumn this year as well ...", the answer at the front desk was "Under the same conditions, no advance consultation by phone at all." I will not receive " I was refused. I stay every year and there are regulars who want to go to the Sasaya Hotel in the fall this year as well, so I designate the Sasaya Hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn't hear the customer's story at all. I did. To be honest, I'm sorry. In that case, I'm talking to my wife that if I don't find another place soon, I can't make a year's travel plan. I'm sorry I can't help it. In the case of online reservations, there is no way that you cannot make a reservation on the system, but when you ask for your request, "I will ask for your desired reservation, but I cannot make a promise. If you can't meet your wishes, I'll contact you. ""
Chikumanoyu Shigenoya
"Excellent experience at a traditional ryokan! I gave 4/5 stars for location because there are no particular views (it's right in the middle of the town), but the other features more than compensate for this. All the staff we met were very courteous and professional. Meals were traditional and introduced us to many interesting dishes. Onsens were small but since this hotel only has eight room, they are never crowded. Also the onsens are open through the night which I especially appreciated."
Kokurakukan Togura Hotel
"I made a reservation because the price was cheap and I had points even though it was autumn leaves season. I happened to encounter a marathon and encountered traffic restrictions, but I was able to go where I wanted to go. The meals were served in the room, were delicious, and I was alone, so I ate a lot. I had the hot spring almost to myself, so I went in three times. The building is old, but I couldn't hear the voices of the people next door."
