Hot Spring Hotels in Chikuma

Het hotel is wat gedateerd. De kamers zijn heel ruim. Met de traditionele Japanse kamer slaap je op de grond. Wij hadden een kamer met bad, maar dat bad is op een andere plek in het hotel. Met bad houdt in dat je 45 minuten tijd hebt om privé gebruik te maken van een bad. De kamers zijn heel schoon. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om te helpen. Ik vind de prijs voor een kamer wel aan de hoge kant.

Нам очень понравилось отдыхать в данном рёкане. Большое спасибо Хозяевам за прекрасный опыт проживания в традиционной гостинице! Нас встретили на станции и отвезли обратно при выселении. При заселении рассказали всю необходимую информацию, выдали юкату и хаори, горячую воду, чай и вкусное печенье. В номере тепло и красивый вид, сам номер имеет традиционный интерьер, в комнате тепло. При этом в номере есть туалет и раковина, сейф, холодильник, фен, кондиционер, футоны, телевизор. В коридорах прохладно, но во всех жилых помещениях тепло. Традиционный ужин и завтрак вкусные, нам понравилось разнообразие блюд. Онсен чистый, помыться можно только в одной комнате с ним, но там есть всё необходимое для приведения себя в порядок. Есть купель на улице и в помещении. Также есть приватный уличный онсен за дополнительную плату. Получилось застать представление от местных жителей, которое для нас было интересным и необычным. Можно взять велосипеды для прогулки, рядом с рёканом есть пробковый тир, ванны для ног, много кафе и небольшой замок на горе.

Authentic Japanese-style hotel, the facilities are a bit old but very clean, the hot spring is very natural, a strong sulfur smell washes the skin very slippery and provides 24 hours, the boss, the wife, the waiter, the whole is very warm and worth recommending

It was an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the natural onsen was wonderful. I even felt like my skin improved during our few days there. We were initially a bit worried because two people in our group have tattoos, but it wasn’t a problem at all (as long as the tattoos are covered and not too large). They even sell cover stickers at the reception (220 yen per sticker, size 10 × 20 cm), which was very convenient. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen areas were beautiful and very relaxing. Even though the rooms were traditional Japanese style and it was quite cold outside during our winter visit, the rooms were kept comfortably warm. The futons were super comfortable and we all slept very well. One thing to keep in mind though, is that the ryokan is about a 30-minute walk from the train station. It’s also a good idea to bring cash, as credit cards may not be accepted. That said, the town itself is quiet and charming. On the way to the station, you pass a lovely river with mountains in the background. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily come back again!
