"We came to Chimgan for 2 days hiking in the mountains, and this is the best place that we happened to book. Firstly, the convenience of the location with access to Maliy Chimgan, secondly, the very comfortable conditions for living and recreation, as well as the hospitality and courtesy of the hostess, Tatiana, who helped us with everything. The house itself has a stunning view of the mountains, a swimming pool and a recreation area in the courtyard, we were pleasantly impressed. Highly recommend!!"

"My husband and I stayed from August 22-23, 2025. Room 408 on the fourth floor overlooks the mountains. It has all the amenities and toiletries, a robe, slippers, and is clean. There's a coffee machine and a delicious breakfast included. However, the restaurant, which is only partially booked and requires advance reservations, can't serve food on time. We never got a salad after our cognac, lamb, and bishbarmak. Tables are not cleared here. We couldn't even order tea. The waiter got confused, and when we asked him to count our change, he simply didn't give us any. The chefs cook delicious food, but the waiters are sleepy, spilling and trampling on food. When we contacted Reception, Volodya, the man in charge, told us to ask the restaurant management. We conclude that the staff hasn't figured out who's responsible for what! I wouldn't recommend this place for more than one night!"

"The hotel is very nice. We had a problem where we didn’t have warm water for a whole day and part of the day we didn’t have running water at all. I tried contacting the reception through telephone and telegram and they did not respond at all about the issue. I just had to take a freezing cold shower. Besides that issue, everything else was great."

The pool, however, was a delight – everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Next time, I'll definitely come with my family, and we'll take the kids along – there's a large playground on the grounds. Otherwise, I had only positive impressions. "The rooms were incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything you might need (even a nail file, thread, and a needle were provided), both for everyday life and for technical matters. The hotel has only recently opened its doors, but it already maintains a high standard. The mattress was excellent – ​​we slept soundly every night. We only asked for an extra blanket, and the receptionist quickly and easily resolved the issue. The toilet was attractive and warm. There's a gym open 24/7. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The booking price was excellent. Luggage storage is free. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel in Tashkent.
