"We came to Chimgan for 2 days hiking in the mountains, and this is the best place that we happened to book. Firstly, the convenience of the location with access to Maliy Chimgan, secondly, the very comfortable conditions for living and recreation, as well as the hospitality and courtesy of the hostess, Tatiana, who helped us with everything. The house itself has a stunning view of the mountains, a swimming pool and a recreation area in the courtyard, we were pleasantly impressed. Highly recommend!!"

"OMG where do I start... We've been to many places in Europe and South America (we from britain), so we can kinda compare places when we travel. Our biggest critics are kids (13 y.o. and 8 y.o.) and they still keep raving about this place asking if we can go there again. Food: - they offer vriety of foods and all of them were simply amazing, even my kids who are usually very fussy ate with pleasure and asked for more. + Highly recommended: (adult choise) = lamb chops, shashlik, dumplings, a soup (forgot the name - but apparently its their famous soup. Oh and the variety of drinks (must try tea with mint) (children choise) = beef/chicken burger, pizza, shashlik, plov, eggs (very creative shapes), kuksu (this was a big surprise, our kids usually don't like soups). Of course ice creams (try their signature). Atmosphere: - At first we expected nothing more than just an average pool side venue. But boy we were worng. This place is an absolute gem - amazing facilities, staff, music, food Pool and music: - Pool atmosphere reminds me of Ibiza, amazing music (DJ is an exceptional talen), tons of drinks/coctails to chose from to satisfy your mood (bartender is very helpful - highly recommend to ask to create a drink based on your mood/taste) Place / Views: - Views are just to die for, absolutely breathtaking views of mountains Accomodation: - there are a few to choose from but we stayed at the cheapest one. The acoomodation offers amazing views to Chimgan mountains (especially sunset). 2 floors of living space, comfortable beds (handmade), kitchen, bathroom and SAUNA with enclosed small jacuzi which we really loved. Overall, I would definitely highly recomment this place to all."

"We stayed at the hotel from June 11th to 12th. The hotel is located on a mountainside. There's no way to get to the reservoir; the gate is locked because there's construction going on below the hotel with dump trucks and other heavy machinery, and it's dusty everywhere. There was no information about this beforehand. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of greenery and roses. There are two adult and two children's swimming pools. We stayed in a standard room, which had all the amenities and a small balcony with two chairs and a table. Breakfast was very good and served in the third-floor restaurant (rooftop) with a view of the reservoir. There's no infrastructure nearby. We walked about 1.5 km to a roadside establishment towards Charvak for dinner. The service was good, and all issues were resolved instantly. There were many families with children."

"The hotel doesn’t feel completely new and it clearly needs significant renovation in both the rooms and corridors. That said, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the panoramic restaurant, with its beautiful and peaceful views of Chimgan Mountain. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were also excellent for relaxing, staying active, and sunbathing. There was some noise from nearby renovation work, but aside from that, our stay was very pleasant. Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to Irina from the spa, whose massage was truly regenerating."

"This hotel is simply superb! We were allowed to check in early, and the suite was absolutely delightful with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a breathtaking view. We had lunch at the restaurant, and it truly lives up to its name – while the food isn't prepared quickly, it's incredibly delicious. Breakfast exceeded all expectations; everything was already prepared for guests, so there was no need to go around picking out food. The staff were very polite and genuinely tried their best to make guests feel welcome! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and there's an outdoor pool. Everything you need for a great vacation."
