That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. "We looked for a hotel last minute and found this one. The price was comparable to our previous hotel, but the breakfast was a massive disappointment; the food tasted very ordinary, and the menu was extremely limited. Inside the restaurant, there were facilities like billiards, a PlayStation, and karaoke, which kept the kids entertained. However, the swimming pool was quite a distance from the main hotel building. This meant that every time we wanted to swim, we had to take a golf cart or our own car to get to the pool."
