"We arrived almost at 2 pm, almost check-in time, but the room we ordered was not ready. The staff said that around 2.30 the room would be ready, but we were given the room key, we went around first. Around 3 in the afternoon, we finished looking around and wanted to put things in the room, it turned out the room was still messy from the previous guests! We informed security to inform the reception, because we were tired of having to walk again to the front of the reception to find out that the room was still a mess. Wait about 30 more minutes until the room is ready, I'm tired of waiting! In the afternoon towards evening, it rained heavily for a long time. We were stuck in the room, called the receptionist and sent WA to borrow an umbrella from the restaurant for dinner but there was no response and no one answered the phone. We left the room, saw a buggy walking in front of the room, and asked for help to take us to the restaurant because it was raining heavily, not drizzling, but heavy rain and lightning!!! The buggy driver said I had to buy a ticket first, wow, I didn't think about it, people, if I go to the ticket office my clothes will be very wet and why should I ride in the buggy! Even though the distance from the room to the restaurant is only about 60 meters, what a service!!! Arrived at the restaurant, ordered dinner but the waiter said it would take a long time for the food to come, and it really did take a long time! We ordered around ***5 and the food was delivered almost at 9! Almost all rides have to be paid extra, bits here and there will add up to your expenses if you go with a group of people! It wasn't a nice experience at all after all. Won't come back again and won't recommend to any of my family, friends and anyone."

"We looked for a hotel last minute and found this one. The price was comparable to our previous hotel, but the breakfast was a massive disappointment; the food tasted very ordinary, and the menu was extremely limited. Inside the restaurant, there were facilities like billiards, a PlayStation, and karaoke, which kept the kids entertained. However, the swimming pool was quite a distance from the main hotel building. This meant that every time we wanted to swim, we had to take a golf cart or our own car to get to the pool."
