"When we arrived, through the vast magnificent vineyard and olive grove surrounding the estate we were welcomed by the magnificent Sabrina and later her manager the dynamic Gurdip who quickly registered us and took us to our "Presidential suite," which is a two bed, two shower, and kitchen suite. The suite is modern and very nice architecturally but very simple. The "Ukrainian" server at breakfast was incredible, and everyone was very nice. Breakfast is just OK with no hot options or any cold meat that is not cheap pork. MOST ROOMS HAVE NO COFFEE FACILITIES. It's still very highly recommended. "

"We had the best time here on our honeymoon. The scenery far exceeded our expectations, there is not a bad view in site here. There multiple lounge options which we loved, from sitting right outside the dining room, to having two seating options right outside our very private room, to the pool area. The feel is extremely Tuscan, and makes you feel emerged in the culture which we loved since we are from Michigan in America and have never seen or been anywhere like this. The rooms were clean and very Tuscan, the place was very quiet and reserved, making it a very relaxing stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. Everyone was so friendly about giving us recommendations to towns near by and going above and beyond. We dealt with William, Monya, and Sarah the most and they were amazing. Monya especially had excellent service and the food was amazing. William is also a professional photographer and will take a great picture of you if you need it :)"

"We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold. Staff kept saying to us this was normal. On top of this there is a shower in the middle of the room (with open ceiling) with no ventilation/exhaust system, which made the suite also very humid. Staff could not offer a simple fan and the place is too isolated to buy one. Other guests complained about this to us as well. So if you cannot stand heat and humidity, this place is not for you. Other than this everything is wonderful."
