"In total, we stayed here for exactly 7 days because it was so comfortable and very pocket-friendly with facilities that were quite good for us, there was a TV that was connected to the internet, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a clean room, each room had a Quran and a prayer mat if you didn't have one you could ask the receptionist, in the lobby there were snacks and cold drinks for sale so you could relax on the lobby sofa, the area was very affordable because it was on the side of the main road and many people selling food including warteg, near the bank. Basically, this is the first time I found a low-budget but cozy place that I felt at home here for 7 days. Hopefully in the future it will be more innovative and continue to prosper.."

"Antareja Loftvilles By Reccoma I stayed at Antareja Loftvilles with my family because the apartment's location is very strategic and close to my younger sibling's campus, who was graduating. From a location perspective, this apartment is indeed a major plus, making mobility easy. Moreover, the apartment building looks good, modern, and very eye-catching from a distance and from the street, giving a promising initial impression. However, the experience in terms of service and cleanliness was far below standard. The check-in process was unlike typical accommodations. There was no receptionist in the lobby; we were asked to wait for a very long time, then directed to contact the admin first. After that, we were asked to wait again in the lobby until a sales/marketing staff member came to meet us. This process felt unprofessional and confusing. I am a tourism graduate who studied the hotel industry, so I have a good understanding of basic service standards. Therefore, this kind of check-in procedure felt very odd and inconsistent with general hospitality industry practices. Upon entering the room, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed quality was very poor; the middle of the mattress had sagged and was uncomfortable. Most shockingly, the sheets and blankets had many fluid stains that clearly resembled ****** stains, as well as bloodstains. I understand that when I arrived, I saw that the majority of guests were young people, but regardless of the previous guests' background, the management should still maintain cleanliness standards by thoroughly changing the linens. If cleanliness is truly prioritized, not even the smallest stain should be left, let alone such sensitive stains. Additionally, the sink was dirty, the trash can still contained trash from previous guests, the room didn't smell fresh, and there was a disturbing fishy odor. In terms of cleanliness, this experience was very disappointing. WiFi was unavailable, and when I contacted staff to inquire about it, my message received no response at all. This further reinforced my assessment of the extremely minimal service. Regarding amenities, I wasn't too bothered because the price offered was indeed very affordable, so we didn't have high expectations from the start. Common facilities like the balcony, swimming pool, and elevator were still okay and functioned normally. This experience was unforgettable, although unpleasant. I also deliberately didn't complain directly because I had already prepared for the worst-case scenario from the beginning, such as buying and bringing my own sheets and toiletries from outside. With an affordable price, our expectations were not high, but basic cleanliness and minimum service should still be top priorities, especially given the building's appealing exterior. Thank you!"
