We were able to check in early at around 1 PM since the room was already available, and the process was quick. The first impression was great—the hotel and garden are very clean and well-maintained. Service is definitely one of the highlights of this hotel. All staff were very friendly, from the security to the reception team. The restaurant service was also excellent—Mr. Haerudin was very friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience more enjoyable. The location is comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. The weather is typical of Puncak—warm during the day, rainy in the afternoon, and cool in the morning. The Mini Studio C20 room was clean and comfortable, equipped with AC, hot water, a refrigerator, and free WiFi. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to rest well. The parking area is spacious and very convenient, as you can park directly in front of the cottage. For breakfast, it is not buffet during weekdays. However, the meal was still satisfying—the fried rice was delicious, and it came with fruit, bread, and juice. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back again."

"This is my childhood hotel to stay. For the input, please change the bed mattress instead of just putting a topper. And better renew the plumbing system in the toilet, the water a bit smelly. The lighting inside the unit need attention. Thanks to the staff services."

Aries Biru Hotel and Villa

"Okay, that's great. Just a suggestion for two-wheeled vehicles, please provide and facilitate a cover in case it rains and a separate parking area for motorbikes. I'm not comparing, sorry, at the next place there's even a service that washes visitors' motorbikes at night so that two- and four-wheeled vehicles remain clean. So far so good."

"To be honest, the camp service is good, but the tent photo from the application does not match the tent on the site. As a result, I upgraded the tent according to the one in the photo and of course added another compensation, I don't know which is wrong but a little disappointed honestly."

"The glass house was a nice concept poorly done. Mould everywhere, worn out interior, basic amenities for a rather steep price. Location is great though, staff friendly and the view from the lobby / restaurant is amazing"

"Excellent (top-notch!) when it comes to the location and the friendly, always-smiling service. No doubt about it. Just a tip for travelers: if you come here, you should bring your own dinner. Suggestion for the owner/manager: The bathrooms are already good, but maybe consider adding a bathtub in each room for kids to play in (as an alternative since there's no swimming pool). Overall, recommended."
