"I woke up to the peaceful sounds of birds and cicadas while cooking breakfast in the cozy casita. It’s super comfortable for two people, nestled right in the middle of the forest. At night, the gentle sound of the nearby river made us sleep like babies. I had a wonderful time with my partner, and we were lucky enough to spot our totem butterfly—the beautiful blue morpho—which felt like the perfect ending to our stay. The owners are wonderful hosts, and the location is close to many activities. I recommend having a car, preferably a 4x4, and arriving during daylight for an easier drive."

"Marc and Rafael’s small hotel (4 rooms or bungalows) is truly something special! We stayed there for 4 days on the recommendation of friends and felt right at home from the very first moment; we were made to feel very welcome, and our wishes and needs were taken care of—almost as if we were staying with good friends. This intimate hotel complex is a magnificent gem nestled within the rainforest. The grounds are tastefully designed and impeccably maintained. Anyone looking to truly unwind and reconnect with themselves will find this secluded spot (yet just a 10-minute drive from National Highway 34) to be the perfect retreat. It had everything we needed. The food was excellent and healthy, and the drinks were delicious no matter what time of day it was. For example, when we were using the lounge chairs by the pool, Marc would often come by and bring us cold mineral water without being asked. He always kindly reminded us of the importance of staying properly hydrated. At the same time, our two hosts weren’t intrusive. Everything was just as we’d hoped—in fact, our expectations were far exceeded. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Hotel Three Sixty was amazing! The host staff: Rebeca and Andres were at our service and assisted us with extracurricular activities on site and off site. The food and beverage staff: Josue, Gabriel, Sofia, Anna, were amazing. They catered to my food allergy the entire stay. They all were friendly and helpful, giving us drinks poolside. The road up to the resort is rocky so have a car that is AWD. The spa treatment was fantastic. The golf cart drivers are at our disposal around the resort if we need them. Housekeeping did a wonderful job daily. Food was amazing as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and are looking forward to going back."
