"The hotel is very nice, very spacious, has a gym, and outdoor and underground parking for €8, as well as very thoughtful decor. The rooms are clean, with air conditioning, a shower, a hairdryer, hair conditioner, body lotion, and a minibar. The staff we interacted with was very friendly, which is always important. And finally, the breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake. It's buffet-style and has everything: fruit, cold cuts, pastries, breads, coffee, juices, cereals... It's very rich and varied. I would definitely return."

"Great room quality, but the pet policy needs major improvement Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Having recently stayed at another property in the NH chain (Valencia Las Ciencias), I found the quality at NH Ciudad Real to be significantly better. 🟢 The Positives Excellent Room Quality: The bedroom here was a massive step up. It was much bigger, incredibly clean, and everything felt well-maintained. Overall Standard: The overall comfort and room standards definitely exceeded my previous experience with the chain. 🔴 The Cons Disappointing Pet Amenities: Unfortunately, the policy for traveling with dogs remains a weak point. The hotel charges a steep €25 per night pet fee, yet they provided absolutely nothing for that price. There wasn't even a basic water bowl/plate left in the room for the dog.  Final Verdict If you are looking for a spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable room, this hotel is a fantastic choice. However, if you are traveling with a pet, be prepared to pay a premium fee without receiving any pet-friendly amenities in return."
