"It was actually quite a pleasant stay here. The private villa I stayed in was a cabin. Although it was just the right size for two people, the bathroom was quite spacious. The room was quite clean, with a kettle for hot water and two bottles of mineral water and coffee/tea. It also had a smart TV. Although it wasn't air-conditioned, the cool Ciwidey air made up for it. The bathroom had soap and toothpaste, and the shower had flowing hot water. When I checked in yesterday, there was only one towel, no mat, or tissues. However, the staff was quite responsive and quickly provided these. This inn doesn't have many rooms. It seems there are only five villas for families and four villas for couples. However, there is also a Santorini type available for groups. The atmosphere at the inn is quite quiet, even though it's located on the roadside. Or maybe it was because I was the only one staying there yesterday? There were no other guests. :) However, I think this inn is pricey. I paid 670,000 Rupiah for my stay yesterday, but the facilities were very basic. Suggestions for adding value to this inn: Since there's a horse riding area, at least guests are provided with free horse riding. And with that rate, the breakfast menu should be more than just two bowls of chicken porridge. (You could add juice, ginger tea, or something else, plus some fruit). The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I'd probably stay again if the rate was adjusted or if other benefits could be added."

"CONS 1. Water heater not working. 2. Dusty room. Toilet flooded because of clogged drain. 3. Internet not working. 4. When checking in, the receptionist was not there so we had to wait a long time. 5. No ETHICS. Suddenly evicted and told to move rooms :( because of their own staff's fault. Booked 2 nights - in the middle of the second night (8 o'clock when we were about to rest) suddenly told to move rooms and rushed to clean the room. 6. UNPROFESSIONAL finally just checked out. Because there was no clear solution from the owner, we finally checked out in the middle of the night, tired of going to JKT. PRO 1. Allowed to bring dogs 2. 50 minutes to Kawah Putih"

"Hi. We love to stay in here as we can get new experience. The staffs were very helpful and kind. But there are some points that need to be improved. It would be helpful if the hotel sign were made more visible to guests, especially at night. We arrived in the evening and had difficulty locating the hotel because the sign was hard to spot. Then, when we want to use the cutleries, we found there was still dirt on the spoon like they didnt wash it yet. Last, pls consider your 5-6 persons room, i think it seems a bit forced to advertise that the room for 5-6 persons capacity. Thank you! :)"
