"Started out ok and friendly but the guy at the front desk is a complete brick. He also does house keeping for the next hotel next door he is very rude in very nasty I wouldn't recommend staying here go nextdoor really great in nice people except that guy. I promise you,don't waste your money here hated this place in never went back in never will go back."

"What an amazing spot! A home with ALOT of history - just do a little research - that is owned and managed by an amazing couple. We had a chance to interact with Carol when we checked in and for breakfast and she is an amazing hostess! I guess as a former President of the Indiana B&B Association she would know a thing or two. :-) We rented the Renassance Suite at the top of the home and it was an amazing space. Super clean, spacious, TV that you can watch from anywhere it is so big, and lastly a good climb to get your workout. :-) Sidenote if you are there in the spring - fall there is a killer deck outdoor space off the third floor. Found ourselves wishing we could have hung out there, but January is a no go. If you are considering staying in Louisville you won't be disappointed!"

"$100 incidental fee and it’s not even a luxurious hotel, this roach Motel want to try to charge you $100 for incidentals. I can understand that coming from a 4 or a 5 star hotel not this hotel.. soon as you pull up the propeller on the front is smashed to pieces and it doesn’t even look like any construction being done to get it fixed. What if it falls on someone walking under it.. on top of that, it smelled really bad like bad mold like there’s probably hidden mold up in the vents.. worst place to stay at.. take my bike run to the next hotel. Do not stay here. The hotel does not look anything like the website pictures at all"

"I visit the area 3-4 times a year and usually stay here. Clean, quiet, very accommodating staff, and convenient to many shops & restaurants. However, they have been shut down since 9/3/25 with no explanation. No reservations are being accepted for any day for the next 12 months. They won’t answer their phone. I contacted Bonvoy & they don’t know what’s going on. IDK if authorities shut them down or the place burned to the ground. Looks like I’ll have to find somewhere else to stay."
