Red Roof Inn Charlestown
"The hotel is very new, it is a bit curry"
Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville Louisville North
"Clean and tidy and comfortable"
Radisson Hotel Louisville North
"While we arrived in the early morning hours (almost 1 am), we needed to wait to check in due to only 1 person at the front desk who was quite slow. Upon arriving to our room, it was clean but was freezing cold. Looking at the bathroom, I realized that a shower would be questionable. They painted the old tub/shower and the paint was chipping and peeling all over. I chose no shower but my husband did shower…and the drain didn’t work! The hotel was near an interstate (a plus) but the traffic was loud. Not sure I’d recommend this hotel."
Derby Hotel & Suites
"All day long"
Travelodge by Wyndham Sellersburg / Louisville North
Comfort Inn & Suites Clarksville - Louisville North
Motel 6 Jeffersonville, in - Louisville
"location is horrid. Homeless people live in the bushes behind the hotel. The owners are very nice, but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites LOUISVILLE N - JEFFERSONVILLE by IHG
"3 Sisters on a get away. The front desk people were great and put up with our silliness! The room was spotless - no complaints whatever! Joyce who fixed our breakfast was a delight and we really enjoyed the food selection! Wish we had stayed another night to get bacon! LOL. We even got cinnamon rolls for the road! Wish I knew how to upload photos! We took several!"
Hampton Inn Louisville-North/Clarksville
"It offers great value for money, and the proximity to Texas restaurants and Walmart is very convenient."

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jeffersonville IN
"I've stayed at many Wyndham locations and never not received communication. Booked via someone's laptop, expected a confirmation -as always-, didn't realize until days later that I had not received one and couldn't remember the hotel because I had browsed so many at the time. No confirmation email so assumed it didn't go through and booked elsewhere. The ONLY communication received was a survey *after* the non-stay. The GM's reply was that the confirmation page after booking is all I get. No emails. Apparently this location is owned by a franchisee, so issues are not managed by Wyndham, which I'm certain would've handled this better. I'm not sure if the GM response was policy set forth by the owner or if this is just poor leadership, but this is not customer service. I've always had a decent-to-great experience at Wyndham/Days inn locations, but this interaction left a sour taste. From a Biz Ops perspective, there's something to be said about a business that focuses only* on not losing money claiming whatever [lack of] action "is the best they can do under the circumstances", and makes no effort to: a) provide good service/create a positive experience that often results in reviews and referrals for more revenue, b) strive for repeat business be it at their location or within the chain, also financially beneficial. Then again, scrolling through reviews, although I'm out the cost of a night's stay, I lucked out not going seeing how apparently their property care is on par with their customer care."

"$100 incidental fee and it’s not even a luxurious hotel, this roach Motel want to try to charge you $100 for incidentals. I can understand that coming from a 4 or a 5 star hotel not this hotel.. soon as you pull up the propeller on the front is smashed to pieces and it doesn’t even look like any construction being done to get it fixed. What if it falls on someone walking under it.. on top of that, it smelled really bad like bad mold like there’s probably hidden mold up in the vents.. worst place to stay at.. take my bike run to the next hotel. Do not stay here. The hotel does not look anything like the website pictures at all"
TownePlace Suites Louisville North
"It is OK to change from the first floor to the second floor."
WoodSpring Suites Louisville Clarksville
Birch Hill Suites Clarksville-Louisville North
"No matter how badly you need a place do not stay here. And this is not sour grapes. I put up with and suffered through this place for several months. You cannot get a refund once you pay therefore good luck having money to go somewhere else if you’re on a fixed income. When I first checked in, I had no idea what a Bug problem I was in for. Then I uncovered the mattress situation literally when I went to buy my own sheets and let me tell you the cat urine smell on the mattress was unbelievable. The mattress was wrapped in plastic to hide the smell, but that didn’t work not good enough so I investigated these people seem to cater to some people And not to others. I have no idea why mostly the women were very rude. It’s not worth any amount of savings to get yourself into this place. And never be able to get rid of the smell of my items I couldn’t manage to get out of there fast enough and it’s so funny because then they’re trying to tell people to check out while they’re still advertising for people to come in. It’s a shame. The area is really nice those other hotels in the area and there’s a Motel 6 down the street that’s a lot nicer and cleaner inside. It doesn’t look so great on the outside but let me tell you it’s 1000% cleaner inside. You’re better off there."
Red Carpet Inn Jeffersonville
Market Street Inn
"What an amazing spot! A home with ALOT of history - just do a little research - that is owned and managed by an amazing couple. We had a chance to interact with Carol when we checked in and for breakfast and she is an amazing hostess! I guess as a former President of the Indiana B&B Association she would know a thing or two. :-) We rented the Renassance Suite at the top of the home and it was an amazing space. Super clean, spacious, TV that you can watch from anywhere it is so big, and lastly a good climb to get your workout. :-) Sidenote if you are there in the spring - fall there is a killer deck outdoor space off the third floor. Found ourselves wishing we could have hung out there, but January is a no go. If you are considering staying in Louisville you won't be disappointed!"
