"Stayed in a cabin at this location in 2021 and had no issues, thought it was great! I went again this past weekend, and had issues… Was headed to bed when I felt a bug crawling on my neck. No biggie, but I turned on the lights to see two little guys running away off my pillow. I was able to kill them and looked up photos online to identify the bug. They look like bed bugs to me!! Called maintenance, they came and saw no other bugs on initial inspection so offered me new sheets. I was already panicky about bringing them back to my house so I left in the middle of the night and started bed bug protocol right away. They just sent me over a report and said no other bugs were found. 🤷🏼‍♀️ posting photos with review, so I’ll let you decide for yourself. They wouldn’t offer me a refund so I won’t be coming back."
