"Clean room. Hot shower. Pet friendly. Breakfast was basic. Only downside was that the 2 queen beds were doubles not queens."

"The rooms are horribly outdated...the refrigerator is in the bathroom?? I have a service animal and I was told I could only bring him if what I had was a "physical impairment". It is apparently being family operated and there was a 10 yr old young man helping to stock the bar. We had 3 rooms for the weekend and left Saturday morning. If you're truly looking for a resort with the resort vibe this is not the place for you."

"I reserved a ground floor accessible king room. My confirmation stated the exact same room. Arrived to check in and was told no rooms available like I reserved, and they wanted to put me on 2nd floor with no elevator in a regular queen room. I said no. I have COPD and climbing stairs and I don’t do well. I was put in a ground floor 2 queen room, BUT it was NOT accessible, so there was NO bars around the tub to use. Then my bill went up $10.00 on top of not getting what I reserved!! Another couple in our group had reserved a king and was told no kings left and they were put in a 2 queen suite. What’s the point of reserving what you need if they will not honor what is on their website. Also, I was checking in 2 hours early and ask if my room I reserved would be ready at a later time and was told No, the rooms like that had already been given out. The staff was courteous and nice but that didn’t fix my problem!! They could not offer any other solution only apologize and that did not help me with the physical issues an accessible room would have met. I even called after reserving this room to verify my reservation and was told everything was good, I booked this room over 2 months in advance."
