"Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅. For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food. Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge. Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull. Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍"

"to dago definitely come here again, a hotel that can be trusted and very comfortable. at first I was a bit worried booking far before the new year, but it turned out to be safe and the booking went through hehe breakfast is also delicious, porridge is my favorite breakfast! 🤩 receptionist, security are also good and friendly, in the kitchen too... thank you..!!!!"

"Awalnya aku agak ragu untuk booking di sini, tapi Patra Hotel Bandung beneran bikin cukup puas!!!Meskipun ukurannya kecil dan fasilitasnya terbatas, ternyata nyaman juga buat staycation. Yang paling berkesan itu kolam renangnya, apalagi ada bagian yang airnya hangat—sempurna buat weekend santai. Sayangnya, gymnya agak memprihatinkan, cuma ada 2 treadmill tua dan 1 sepeda, itupun di ruangan terbuka tanpa AC. Kalau mau olahraga, mungkin lebih baik jalan-jalan di sekitar Bandung aja, haha. Kamarnya standar, agak berbau kamar lama, tapi mereka nyediain air purifier yang membantu banget. Amenities-nya sederhana banget, cuma ada shampoo dan sabun kecil. Tapi yang bikin betah itu sarapannya! Enak-enak,. Cuma ada satu stand yang agak aneh (gudeg dan nasi liwet) itu rata-rata semua lauk asin banget."

Very old hotel. Rooms are bigger than usual which is plus. Some travellers may not feel comfortable with this setting for a relaxed resort."

"The facilities are quite good and the rooms are quite spacious. The air conditioner is cold, the shower water is clean & warm, the electricity works. The location is also very convenient as in a residential complex which is also close to the supermarket. However the cleanliness of the room and mattress is a bit lacking. i have time to find insects around the room several times.i hope that the hygiene can be improved next time."
