"Very convenient location right off the highway! It appeared to be nice and clean for the most part. Mold in the bathroom. Body gel and shampoo were not refilled. There's a snack bar of various things for purchase. Breakfast has great variety as well and a big space to accommodate many. "

Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck.
NO TV SERVICES AT ALL.
Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom.
Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.
Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.
A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions;
and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.
The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches.
If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.
The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink.
It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra sleeping room availability with an oversized sectional couch. The chef's kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need to cook for a crowd. The refrigerator and freezer are both oversized commercial grade and go ahead and take note of the wine cooler set up by the mimosa and coffee bar for extra storage. The oversized pantry is especially handy for longer stays or larger groups. The built in ice maker is a bonus to end your day with a nice beverage. You will have access to all kitchen appliances to include crock pots, air fryers, Keurig, hand mixer, bread maker, waffle iron, roasting pans, etc. The house boasts so much charm to relax and rejuvenate, but the views are incredible!
We do provide Wi-Fi and all rooms have a wall mounted smart TV. Go enjoy a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring and return to the house to coxy up by the fireplace!

This condo was renovated from top to bottom the summer of 2023. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom all furniture, appliances, kitchenware and textiles.
The condo is 300' from the Chili Express lift and there is a shuttle that picks you up right outside during ski season. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We can only accommodate 7 renters.
Covered parking garage and an elevator are two major amenities that are rare in Angel Fire. The laundry rooms were renovated last year with new washer & dryer unit on each floor and there is an app to pay and will also let you know when your laundry is finished.
The living room has a large "L shaped" sectional that is big enough to sleep two children with one on each section. There is no sleeper sofa. This condo is perfect for a family of 5-6. There is a large TV over the electric fireplace so you never need to purchase firewood and can have a fire throughout your stay. Enjoy our free WIFI and the TV is set up with DISH Network. You are also able to sit outside and watch people walk by on either one of the two the balconies. This complex is pet free. So, please no pets.
The kitchen is newly renovated with granite, all new appliances, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a dining room that seats 5 comfortably and three at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The master has a king bed with a second electric fireplace and TV. It also boasts a private bath with walk in shower. The second balcony is off of the master bedroom for breakfast or coffee.
The second bedroom has two double bunk beds and a trundle. Perfect for a family.
There is a ski locker across from the elevator on the entry floor and a bike storage room in the garage that is secure and accessible with a key.
There are so many things to do in Angel Fire year round. During the summer, It is one of the best locations for mountain biking in the US with music festivals, balloon festival, hiking, horseback riding, all types of fishing and with a short drive, you are able to go river rafting, visit the Rio Grande Gorge as well as casinos and vineyards. Winter sports include, skiing, snowboarding, sledding and you are a day trip from Taos Ski Valley and Red River ski areas.

This is a GREAT family vacation home! Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds and the master has a king with a in suite bathroom and TV. The open floor plan includes a gorgeous dining table that seats 8. Dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen which has a large counter bar area and seats 4 more. The living area is large and includes a fireplace and 60" TV. This open space is also accompanied by large windows to see the passing deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds, and elk. Downstairs has another large living area with fireplace, TV, & ping pong table. It has 2 extra large bedrooms. The first bedroom has outstanding bunk beds with queen mattresses on top and bottom. This 1200 square foot condo is just a short walk to the main lift. It is one of the largest 2 bedrooms in Angel Fire. It also has shuttle service directly in front of the building. The main bedroom features a king size bed and two twin beds with attached bathroom. A washer/ dryer is located in a closet in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and brand new bunk beds. Another bathroom is off the same hallway as the second bedroom. With an entryway separating the main bedroom, this condo has perfect privacy for two families, or one large family. The condo is capable of sleeping up to 8 people in beds. It also has a pull out couch bed to sleep additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for dining in. The Living room features a gas burning fireplace, with Rokus for streaming connected with free high-speed internet. A deck is though sliding glass doors off the living area. There is seating for 4 at the bar and 4 at the table with additional 2 person seating at the game table. New bed linens and towels are provided. Books, games and some DVDs with DVD players are also inside the condo, perfect for staying in. Park in a paved parking lot. The condo is on the second floor with inside stairs so no slippery stairs in the winter! Once you are inside, there are no additional stairs to navigate and all the living area is on one floor.
