"Gianluigi Colombo 1/5 2 minutes ago on Google My review is only for the hotel restaurant. I booked a table at 6:30 PM for 8:00 PM. I showed up at 5:55 PM. There were customers in the first two rooms and a few unoccupied tables (perhaps they had reservations, as I had done). In the entrance room, there was room for a small table for one person. I saw correctly. Instead, I was seated in a third room where no one was present. After a good 30 minutes, no one had yet come to take my order. I decided to leave and noticed that a few tables in the first two rooms had become available in the meantime (but no one had asked me to move; that would have been more polite). There's no way a customer should have to wait 30 minutes, and I probably would have had to wait much longer before someone would have deigned to at least take my order. They could have offered me an aperitif while I waited, but not even that. Terrible service for a 4-star hotel restaurant. I travel for work and have never waited so long for an order, even when restaurants are full or nearly full. There's no excuse! I noticed that some other reviews had the same terrible experience."

"Very impressed by this Ibis budget, it’s very easy to get to, free car parking, we got a friendly helpful welcome and the room was clean with a great en suite shower. It’s obviously not a 5 Star but I didn’t pay or expect 5 Star facilities, I paid for a budget hotel and thus is excellent. Another plus was the breakfast, nothing fancy but a well laid out ‘ continental’ buffet, a very good stay."

"Impossible to evaluate since the hotel showed no flexibility in the context of a reservation date error on my part which was immediately transmitted. If I understand perfectly that the customer cannot modify his dates, in the case of a non-modifiable reservation, for personal convenience, on the other hand I do not understand why the hotel management persists in refusing any compromise within the framework of an error since entry quickly reported. The lack of flexibility is even taken to the extreme when the hotel refuses my request to make a second reservation (still paying for the unoccupied room) on the right date at a discounted price! A word of advice: be careful when booking, the hotel is uncompromising and closed to any compromise!"

"The restaurant staff was really nice, we were served very well. The salad was very good although the falafels didn't really look like falafels and were a bit greasy. The dessert was very good. We will definitely come back."
