"I had a terrible experience! I arrived at my check inn very late, tired from a long flight, and my husband and I went straight to rest. On the other day we got up very early at 5:30 am to go to Armi's graduation and when we returned to the hotel we realized that everything is super dirty and not in accordance with that there were some dead black bugs in the bathroom. The night we arrived and upon entering we only noticed that there were some black bugs walking in the hallway and the carpet was very dirty. But we were so tired that we didn't pay attention to it. The next day, when we also wanted to shower to go to the events, the water in the shower was not running, so we showered over stagnant water. Upon returning we made the receptionist see the situation with photos and videos and explaining that it was not possible to live there in such a dirty place with bugs. We needed to cancel the second and last night to find a better place. To whom I do not point out, they can leave and when the manager arrives he will contact them and, most likely, due to the conditions, he will make the refund. that to this day we are waiting for. abusive in their policies and conditions, dirty, zero concern for the health and safety of their passengers. I will see how I can get my refund for something that I did not use since you did not provide the minimum sanitary measures."
