Ramada by Wyndham Marcoola Beach ★★★★
"It was a good place to stay with"
Coolum Seaside Apartments ★★★★
"Our stay for 5 nights was fantastic. Apartment was clean, comfortable with a veranda overlooking the pool. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach. I love Coolum and would definitely stay here again. The owners are very helpful and very kind. We needed help with the TV and different pillows. Nothing was too much trouble. Also my husband left a jacket and they called us promptly so we could pick it up. Thankyou so much."
Coolum Budget Accommodation ★★★
"Very good and convenient service"
The Beach Retreat Coolum ★★★★
"The hotel is a bit old, but it was the best night's sleep. Parking is very convenient and it is also convenient to go to the beach. But there is nothing to eat downstairs."
Coolum Caprice ★★★★
"We spent 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking Coolum Beach... Very happy with the room was very clean and spacious and comfortable... The kids had a great time in the pool... Our bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and the fridge smelled like fish from last guests... Only minor complaints, overall we had a lovely time here and you couldn't ask for a better location... Highly recommend a stay here.."
The Point Coolum Beach ★★★★
"The facilities were good with a sea view."
Sunshine Coast Airport Motel ★★★
"We like it. Friendly staff and great location. Although by the main road, it was quiet. And the room is cool when outside temperature is hot."

Atlantis Marcoola
"Our family beach holiday was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. The stunning location featured crystal-clear waters and pristine white sand, providing the ideal backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Our accommodation was exceptional, offering spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated rooms with breathtaking ocean views. We enjoyed the comfort of our king-sized bed and private balcony. We were never bored, thanks to the fantastic range of family-friendly activities. From beach cricket, lawn bowls and treasure hunts, there was something for everyone. The mini putt was a hit with the kids. The dining experience was top-notch, with a variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. We indulged in fresh seafood, delicious local dishes, and kid-friendly meals. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. This holiday was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, creating lasting memories for our family. We can't wait to return."
Endless Summer Resort
"Perfect for what we needed. Kids loved the time staying there. Fabulous pool, mini golf, little playground, free fast wifi, lots of pay tv channels for kids and adults. Location 10/10 as kids never want to walk very far. Beach and places to eat are 2 minute walk. Provided all the basic needs with Coles just a walk away. Desiree & Steve took our last minute booking on a Sunday with a late arrival which we really appreciated. They were both welcoming and helpful."

"Arrived with 2 teen boys for my mum's ( their Nan's funeral) was looking forward to unwind in the pool. Kids headed straight to the pool. It was empty noone in the pool area. We went upstairs to organise more funeral plans for the following day so seeing the boys finally tap out and laughing In the pool after such sadness was great. Boys were doing a Marnu so unlike a bomb they just jump in land in their Bum to see the splash . Absolutely harmless, not one other guest in the pool area. Suddenly the came upstairs upset " Mum a rude old man popped his head out of a room and yelled STOP BOMBING OR GET OUT" and slammed the door. My boys immediately came up told us. Now 14 and 16 years old shown full respect by not talking back and came straight upstairs. Later that day I learnt it was the owner / caretaker as he passed me and my boys on the stairs and had no decency to pull me aside or mention it. Now I teach my teen boys respect. But it's so sad how a grown man owner of a HOLIDAY property has shown little to them. My advice : of future interaction with a couple of respectful kids having harmless fun in the pool would be " hey boys, how you going, look guys the rules are no bombing to keep water in the pool so if you could stop thanks guys" that's how you my friend need to learn to talk to people. Expecially the owner as it's a holiday resort not a hospital it's a happy place to expect kids that be having fun. And treated like a valued paying customer. If understand if they gave to cheek and were rude but they didn't and you didn't even approach this in a way t see that, you were barking orders aggressively like a rude old man That way you not only gain respect but you also show these boys communication and respect is a 2 way thing. Instead of your obnoxious yelling and rude barking orders. The next day I was with my boys in the pool and I said no bombing. As this is the pool rules and the issue the previous day. I quickly popped upstairs to tweak my mother's funeral speech and the phone rang it was the owner complaining about my boys in the pool jumping . I called my boys straight up and they said they just jumped in a few times as it's 10am, sunny day, noone in.pool, noone in pool area, and the rude man yelled again "Hey I said no jumping yesterday so get out" my 16 year old replied " sorry but I just jumped in I'm not hurting anyone" the rude man said " get out now you shouldn't be in here alone" Now the gate said under 12 or 13 not allowed unsupervised. My boys are 14,16 I was upstairs above them with foot open popping my head in and out. So on short form If you are looking for a fun place to stay while your kids are in holidays. The male owner is a grumpy rude man that will disrespectful address your children, in a rude aggressive tone instead of simply have a chat to these harmless young kids. He need to learn to communicate not rudly bark orders. Fun for kids, this is not the place. He is very lucky 16 year old kid"
San Marino by the Sea Apartments
"We stay yearly at San Marino and it is our favorite place in the world. Beautiful apartment with the most amazing outlook. Richard takes such beautiful care of the property. Our fridge broke while we were staying there and it was sorted straight away by Richard. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If heaven is real then it is definitely at Marcoola. Can’t wait for our next stay."
Surf Dance Apartments
"We will be going back. Close to the beach, all shops and surf club. Lin and the team at Surf Dance are welcoming and made our stay easy and enjoyable. I stayed with my three kids and they want to stay there again. I would highly recommend Surf Dance. Thanks Lin!"
Marcoola Beach Resort
"We were very disappointed with our stay. For $400 per night, we expected a much higher standard. The fridge was inoperable, with a spare one awkwardly placed in the lounge. There was visible mould on electrical devices and in the shower, and the curtains were made of a plastic material that was in a questionable state. Even more concerning, some appliances had exposed wires, which surely would not meet safety regulations. To top it off, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, presumably from the previous guests. While we received a $200 refund, this unit should never have been offered in its current condition."
