"The pictures are very deceiving. I did not realize this was a motel. I travel solo for work and as a woman, I do not feel safe staying at a motel with the door to the room opening to the outside. I had seen a picture somewhere shared that it was a hotel. So, that’s why I booked it. I went ahead and ****** it up and stayed since it was only one night. Upon entertaining the room, I found a cricket under the sink and one in the shower. I thought they were dead, so just left them alone. At 3 am I thought an alarm was going off…nope! It was the cricket in the shower chirping and the sound echoed throughout the entire room. I didn’t sleep well the rest of the night."

"Worst place ever. Friend recently had a brother that passed away at this place. When my friend showed up to see what happened and collect what he could the staff refused to let him take anything. They wanted money for everything under the sun. Of course without the documentation needed nothing can be done and it is a process to get the documents through the court. Very unprofessional and extremely unkind people. Now they really will have to wait for any payment."
