Onn Oomagarinohanabi
"The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable overall, but there was no luggage storage or makeup mirror in the room."
Hotel Route-Inn Omagari Ekimae ★★★
"The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Since it was a weekday, there were many business travelers, and it was a little crowded during breakfast hours."
Oyado Onn Omagari no Hanabi ★★★
"This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan where I had to take off my shoes. I booked a triple room. Free parking was included. The breakfast was excellent, and the view while eating was beautiful—it seemed like a popular spot for fireworks displays. When I arrived, I tried to suggest upgrading to a double room for an additional fee, but they said they were fully booked. However, I still saw that it was available for booking through the app. I think it was better to be told that a upgrade wasn't possible than to lie and say it was fully booked. But we weren't bothered by anything, as everything was fine; the bathroom was clean and spacious, with enough room for three people to unpack their suitcases. We used this town as a base before visiting the Kalunodate Samurai Village."
Forest Resort Yamanote Hotel ★★★★
"This old-style hot spring hotel in Akita is nestled in the mountains at the foot of snow-capped peaks, offering a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, and the entire group came to see us off upon departure, which was very touching. However, the facilities were somewhat outdated, the water pressure in the rooms was low, and the doors were locked after 10 PM. The breakfast was decent, but I recommend dining out for dinner."
Tabist Hotel Fuji ★★
"Convenient small hotel. Convenient location with the station, many delicious places nearby."
Syohoen ★★★
"I'm glad I made the effort to visit! I'm glad I found out about this hot spring and inn! I'd like to visit again, and I hope it stays around forever."
Tsukioka Hotel ★★
"I stayed at the end of the Kanto Festival. The area around Akita Station is expensive, so it is recommended to stay here. The price is cheap and cash payment."
River Side Hotel Omagari ★★
"It was a beautiful hotel. I would like to return if I have the opportunity."
Omagari Empire Hotel ★★★
"The location is a little far from Omagari Station, but since we were traveling by rental car, we had no problem. Parking was free, which we appreciated. There is a restaurant, and guests can get a free drink when they order a meal. The sake lineup is from Akita Prefecture. The food includes Japanese cuisine, including local foods, as well as Western cuisine. We had ginger pork at the Western restaurant, which was very delicious and left us very satisfied. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western cuisine, which is served on a plate. We had raw eggs from Hinai Jidori chicken on rice."
