"My second stay at the Astoria Hotel in the Concession area of De Haan. Beautiful restored outside and inside. Check in/out was easy. Hotel room with view on the road leading to the beach. Room was very clean and lents itself mostly for shorter stays ( no cooler, airco). Hotel is silent at night. Breakfast is plentifull with fresh made eggs/bacon. Staff at breakfast is very friendly!Only point that can be better ( was also my first stay), the breakfast room is to warm in the morning hours). They serve a delicious Sangria in the front door garden."

"We had a fantastic 2 nights at this hotel. Welcome on arrival was super with a tour of the hotel. Room was good - we’d booked a standard room overlooking the garden. We loved the lounge area and bar and the honesty system for drinks. It was very cosy in the bar area. Unfortunately weather was really poor so we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool or garden. Location of hotel is in a lovely residential areas about 10 min walk from centre. Breakfast was good. Service was consistently friendly and helpful and pretty much everyone was multi lingual. I’m struggling to find anything that wasn’t spot on …. Best Ive got is that breakfast doesn’t start til 8.30am and I would have preferred 8am 😀"

You can relax in the garden or in the heated outdoor pool or at the bar. The owner is extremely caring and will make your stay a great experience."

"Excellent accommodation and a good breakfast. A kitchenette, toilet, and shower are in the room. Two bedrooms. Fairly close to the coast and tram stop. One downside: limited parking at the B&B. We'll definitely return if we need to be at the coast. The owners are happy to provide information about nearby restaurants and sports facilities upon request."
