"An excellent hotel. Attentive client experience. Plenty of options for eating on site (Cafeteria / Restaurant) Plentiful car parking safe & easy. (no cost) Rooms are clean, spacious & ours had an excellent shower! We ate at the hotel in the restaurant. The food was wonderful. Good sized portions with an abundance of taste. (Fish & meat dish) would definitely use the restaurant again. For breakfast we used the cafeteria area, all self service apart from drinks (coffee , tea etc) As a heads up though it was quiet in terms of people staying, the hotel was packed with people using the restaurant, always a good sign! A really enjoyable stay & would recommend as we would definitely stay again."

"We were travelling and we needed a hotel for the night. This came up on booking, was a small detour and 4 stars, so we decided to try. The hotel is too good for its puny 4 stars. I’ve been to 5 stars from Luxembourg to Seoul. Not a lot of those measure up to this. The theme is on the name: space of serenity. The whole décor is relaxing, on suave tones and natural materials. The bedrooms have amazing mattresses, memory foam pillows, lots of space, including the big bathrooms, and the toiletries are high end. The staff is par to the course: super-nice, calm and attentive. The restaurant is good, and so is the plush buffet breakfast. But the cherry on top is the WATER! In a mountain region where you could literally drink from the creek, they have this special filter machine that pours out the best water you ever drank. And as we were leaving, they filled our travel bottles with it, for good measure. I will come back for the water alone. I do not agree to any of the negative critics I read here. Some people just cannot be pleased, for whatever reason. This is very quiet, a great rest and beautiful views."

"Be sure if you want to book this hotel you don’t get room 101. Just next to the elevator you can ‘enjoy’ in the evening, night and morning the terrible noice of the elevator. Which is situated against this room. The only compensation the hotelmanagent was willing to do is an upgrade next time."

"Set up on a hill above the town with superb views from our window seats. Comfortable sofa and good sized desk and workspace. Plenty of power points. Free coffee available all the time: ideal for sitting on the terrace enjoying the view. The disadvantage of the location is that it is a very long and steep climb from the town. In the bathroom there is no extractor fan and rather thin loo paper."
