Iraipe Santuario de Arantzazu Hotel ★★★

"Beautiful view from the room. It would be nice if there was at least a teapot in the room. The room is quite large, simple but in good condition. In the restaurant at the hotel is not the most kind service"

Mondragon Hotela ★★★

"2nd time visiting this hotel. It has been renovated since our visit 2 years ago. It is so lovely! From reception to room cleanliness to breakfast and bar! Wow! The staff, so lovely. We felt very welcome. Will absolutely return! The sooner the better! "

Hotel Sindika ★

"It leaves much to be desired. An elevator with a chair inside (which had slippers on it), the place smelled bad and let's not talk about the cleanliness. I don't recommend it for anything in the world. We had dinner in the dining room and the chorizos were raw. There are places much easier to get to and better by far."

Hotel Sukha ★★★

"Wanted to rebook as this hotel has good location and accepted pets. This year I booked on their website then found out they no longer take pets. Telephoned and cancelled within 10/15 minutes of making the booking. Spoke to English speaking receptionist who assured me they would cancel my booking and that the money would be refunded to my bank. I was very clear on this. Booking cancelled and received confirmation email. No refund received and no reponse to my 3 emails. A very expensive 15 minutes. Don't be caught out, double check."

Hotel Torre Zumeltzegi ★★★

"Set up on a hill above the town with superb views from our window seats. Comfortable sofa and good sized desk and workspace. Plenty of power points. Free coffee available all the time: ideal for sitting on the terrace enjoying the view. The disadvantage of the location is that it is a very long and steep climb from the town. In the bathroom there is no extractor fan and rather thin loo paper."

Hotel Arrasate by Gaiarooms ★★

"The hotel was not very clean and on bed sheet i found small hairs , and the virtual receptionists were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I only stayed for one night before an early flight"

Soraluze Hotela ★★

"An excellent hotel. Attentive client experience. Plenty of options for eating on site (Cafeteria / Restaurant) Plentiful car parking safe & easy. (no cost) Rooms are clean, spacious & ours had an excellent shower! We ate at the hotel in the restaurant. The food was wonderful. Good sized portions with an abundance of taste. (Fish & meat dish) would definitely use the restaurant again. For breakfast we used the cafeteria area, all self service apart from drinks (coffee , tea etc) As a heads up though it was quiet in terms of people staying, the hotel was packed with people using the restaurant, always a good sign! A really enjoyable stay & would recommend as we would definitely stay again."
