"Great accommodation for those who want to sleep in the middle of nature. We had wonderful views of the monkeys in the trees and also booked a safari in Yala National Park through the accommodation. We had a great guide and were even lucky enough to see a leopard up close. The food at the Riverside Cabana was excellent and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend the accommodation."

"Nice accommodation a little outside of the town center of Tissamaharama. Centrally located, the owner speaks good English and is helpful in planning tours (safari in Yala National Park). An English breakfast is prepared in the morning (toast, butter, jam, fruit and tea). The rooms are simply but functionally furnished. Would book it again at any time."

"Wow. There was a small mix up with our room as it had no AC. It was their only room now without AC and the mistake was the IT group advertised it with such. The owner was stunned and apologetic but we made no fuss. Now follow this others for service!!! He offered us his air conditioned house and he would take the room. That was too much and above and beyond. Within an hour there was a team of installation specialists and within a few hours they had installed AC in the room. It is not a mistake it is how it is put right and this place excelled. So friendly. Great pool and clean and tidy rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mr Owner we have never see service like this before."
