"I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. It looked clean on the surface, but the actual experience was poor. The bed and pillows had a noticeable odor, and I even found insects under the pillow. When I lifted the pillow, a small black bug scurried out, which was really unpleasant. Additionally, the room was poorly soundproofed; I could clearly hear noise from the gym downstairs, especially a sound like the bed frame vibrating, which greatly disturbed my rest. The only thing I found decent was the breakfast; it was varied and relatively well-prepared, which was the only satisfactory aspect of my stay. Aside from that, neither the ambiance nor the service met my expectations."

"Definitely the best place to stay all around Dečin. The have everything you need. We stayed in a bungalow. It’s got a private bathroom, a terrace as well as chairs and a table to sit outside. You can have a barbecue, a bonfire and sprnd your time outside as much as you like. The staff is really friendly and „invisible”, so you don’t feel restricted by anything. The campsite is close to a road but I don’t mind as it is also close to the city centre and the climbing wall. Many friendly people from all around the world, a playground, a bar, everyone will find something for themselves. If I am going back to Dečin I will sure stay at Kemp Dečin again. It’s clean, neat and comfortable."

"The Hotel Zlata Lipa is located a short drive from downtown Decin, but has onsite parking and it was an easy drive to shops and restaurants. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the spa was amazing. A full breakfast was included in our room rate and was delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant which was one of the best we had on our trip to the Czech Republic. The hotel was an excellent choice for those exploring the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for hiking or if you'd just like to be pampered in the spa."

"I'm a little slow in English conversation. I explained that if the front door is locked in the morning, I should exit through the emergency exit and call the numbers on my business card for the entrance and exit garage doors. The garage doors would open automatically. But in reality, they opened automatically when I got to the exit garage door. I wasted time repeatedly calling the number for the entrance garage door while standing in front of the entrance garage door."

"We can recommend this aparthotel. The apartment is spotless. We didn’t use any of it, but it’s well equipped: - Kitchenette with even a dish washer. - The bathroom even had a washing machine. - There was a dining table and even a sitting area with sofa. - We had a balcony as well. Very clean. Good buffet breakfast (salt and sweet) and choices of warm dishes. Negatives: -The hotel is in the middle of the city centre at a main road. It’s noisy, even late evening and early morning. There was a heat wave and since there was no air conditioning we slept with the window fully open. Perhaps t’s less noisy with a closed window? -Hard bed."
