"Our flight was delayed by a day due to the typhoon, so our original two-night stay became only one night. We checked the Trip.com platform and it said that bookings could be modified or cancelled due to the typhoon, so we immediately left a message and then called the hotel. However, the hotel said we still had to pay for two nights. After checking in on August 14th, we received an email from Trip.com saying that because we had already checked in on August 13th, they couldn't change our booking to one night. We had already accepted the hotel's explanation that they couldn't change the booking, but we were unhappy that the platform or hotel had mistakenly entered our check-in date. It felt like they were using an excuse to make us pay for two nights."

"The room is old and could use a renovation. The surroundings are okay, but the moment you enter the room, you're greeted by a foul odor you can't quite pinpoint, and I have no idea where it came from. When I was checking out this morning, I discovered two dried-up pieces of feces on the corners of the quilt that had been pressed under my feet and tucked under the bed. This was a masterpiece left by the previous guest and a major mistake by the housekeeping staff, who apparently didn't even change the quilt. Otherwise, such a magnificent piece of work wouldn't have gone unnoticed. From the moment I discovered the feces, everything I see looks like feces. I feel like I've been eating feces all day. So, no matter how beautiful a hotel's photos are, they can't compare to the care and dedication put into running it."
