"This place is awful. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin—you hear every footstep, conversation, and even snoring from next door, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Customer service is nonexistent. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and after a long drive they refused to let us use a restroom, instead telling us to “walk to Dunkin’ Donuts.” At night, there’s no staff on-site. You’re given a cell number to call, but no one answered when we tried—even after leaving a message. For over $400 a night (with a two-night minimum), this is outrageous. The website photos of “renovated” rooms are misleading—it’s still just a dressed-up budget motel with terrible service and zero value for the price. ⸻ Do you want me to make it sound a little more biting/snarky (like “lipstick on a pig”), or keep it more professional so it lands better on TripAdvisor/Google reviews?"

"We're up to 20 ish years now of visiting the inn, and are happy to report that Amy and Mark continue to provide upgrades to the property while offering wonderful breakfasts, good company, and an all around delightful stay. The staff as usual is terrific, the location is great, and we love everything about the inn. We hope to be coming for another 20 years. We're grateful for such a happy retreat."
