"I had already menioned a note before booking to keep the room ready by 4pm , I reached at 6pm and the room was not ready until I was pushing the reception thrice to provide the room at 7:15. Till then I was given a smoking and dirty room a family would not stay. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing is the rooftop restaurant which we liked and service was good."

"Random hotel for the night before catching an early flight… ended up on the rooftop enjoying the fireworks, a buffet service and cheering for the new year! The service was great from start to finish. The staff was so polite and friendly. The room was decent with 2 single beds, tea/coffee/kettle, hot shower… but could use a quick clean around the areas that aren’t used and the walls. The rooftop was amazing with an infinite swimming pool and space to relax. We ordered a cab for the airport (around 1k), it arrived at 6:20am and we arrived at the airport at 6:35. Quick and efficient. It was a great stay!"
