"1) Receiption just registered my number and contact details in visitor register, didn't explain where the room is. No one attended luggage. Communication is very unprofessional. 2) There is noise till 12.00 midnight. Some music party was going on. I don't know why they are running a hotel. 3) I met two fully drunk men in the lift. There is no safety in this hotel. Bar, restaurant, and hotel guest use the same lift and lobby. 4) Linen quality and washing are not good. 5) Bedrooms have bad smell. Overall experience is bad. I expect at least 50% refund on paid amount"
